Coffee, Teas and Treats: We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on our coffee as all of our coffee is shipped to our customers to ensure peak freshness.
Merchandise: We offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unused merchandise.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- Returned or exchanged items must be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned or exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

- All food, coffee, and tea items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is damaged or defective

Merchandise: We offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unused merchandise.
- Customers must pay shipping for returns to receive a full order refund to the original payment method.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email support@z3nmyoshida2025.zendesk.com or start a chat from our Support website.
- Provide your order number, and the products you wish to return or exchange.
- For returns or refunds of damaged or defective goods, please provide photos and justification for why goods are damaged or defective.
- From there, an exchange or return will be initiated by one of our agents.
- For returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
- For exchanges, a replacement will be issued along with a printable return label tor return merchandise. If the return is not received within 30 days, the customer will be charged for the replacement.
- Once the items are received to our warehouse, items will undergo a quality inspection.
